This popular Caribbean side beach is a great place to pack a picnic lunch and go for a day of swimming, snorkeling and relaxing. There is a place to park and shade is available if you want it. The sand is soft, smooth and powdery. The Cove, a resort not far from here, frequently offers its guests day trips to this beach. It’s generally calm and fairly shallow for a good distance out.
